The idea is to get lower level members through many of these dungeons at a higher speed and help them get some phat low level lewt in the process.
This will be going on for a trial run and hope lower levels participate in these events. In the future, the idea is every thursday, a handful of us will dedicate some time to help this along. Each week we hope to be able to complete one random dungeon a week!
